Mark Schnicke and Steven Cornett have a combined 70 years in the construction and carpentry industry before joining together to form Schnicke Design Build Remodel.  When Mark’s original partner decided to retire, he knew that Steven was the ideal partner for his new company.  Mark and Steven have seen it all and are now joining forces to bring the very best product to our community.  When you work with Schnicke Design Build Remodel, one of the principals will oversee your job to assure it meets our standards and they are always available to our clients. They have a shared love for the craft and dedication to always doing what is best for the client. 

Mark began building decks in the late ‘70s & early ‘80s as a high school student, and built his first house in 1979 under The Schnicke Company with his brother Steve.  He has been building homes, leading high end remodeling projects both residential and commercial since that time.  He has built a solid reputation as a passionate and engaged builder who strives to assure the client’s vision is realized.

Steven has over 32 years of experience in high-end carpentry design, manufacturing, and installation.  In 2000 with the help and support of the Schnicke brothers, Steven founded C & W Custom Woodworking.  Over the years, Steven has worked in some of the finest homes in Cincinnati. Steven brings expert craftsmanship, high attention to detail and a wealth of knowledge. Cornett’s vision has always been to be forward-looking, incorporate innovative designs, and to hire quality, knowledgeable employees.   This vision aligns perfectly with the Schnicke brand.
